About Beautiful Births LLC

Kari Riley (BSM, LDM, LM, CPM) is the owner and primary midwife for Beautiful Births LLC. Being licensed in both Oregon and Washington allows her to proudly serve the beautiful cities of Portland OR, Vancouver WA, and the surrounding areas. Services provided include; full midwifery services (prenatal, homebirth, postpartum, and newborn care), doula services, private childbirth classes, and placenta encapsulation. She cares deeply about each of her families and it is vitally important to her that you get to experience pregnancy, birth, and parenthood with as much joy and contentment as possible. She wants you to have a working understanding of the changes happening in your body, the standard procedures and tests, the potential risks and benefits, and the growth and development of your baby. You are in control of your care and your body! This is done through written material and more often through conversation. Her priority is to be a safe place for all families.  Families come in all shapes and sizes and all are accepted into our practice.
